North C Automation Systems is a division of North Crescent Facility Solutions Inc. ("we", "us"), based in Greater Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Commercial emails (CASL)

We send commercial emails only with your consent, identify ourselves in every message and include a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host this website, receive form submissions and manage our communications. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and messages sent through our forms are stored by Netlify on servers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country. Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your information to font providers.
