How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on the scope: the number of screens, users, integrations and how much data the system handles. We start with a discovery session and give you a fixed price in writing before any code is written, so there are no open-ended hourly bills.
How long does it take to build custom software?
A focused app or integration can take a few weeks. Larger platforms are built in stages, with working versions you can test along the way. Every proposal includes its timeline.
Is custom software worth it for a small business?
When your team loses hours to workarounds, copy and paste or tools that don't fit, often yes. Custom software also avoids per-user fees that grow with your team. If an existing tool does the job well, we'll recommend it instead.
Can you connect it to the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. We connect your CRM, calendar, email, accounting software and other tools through their APIs and webhooks, so information only has to be entered once.
Who owns the system and the data?
Your accounts, domains and data stay in your name, and every system is documented. Ownership of the code is set out clearly in your contract before we start.
Do you work with businesses outside New Brunswick?
Yes. We're based in Moncton and meet in person in New Brunswick, and we work online with businesses across Canada.
